Job Purpose:
To identify, approach, and engage corporate clients, travel agents, and businesses with travel needs, ensuring sales growth by offering tailored travel solutions and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify potential corporate clients, travel agents, and businesses that require travel services.
Actively prospect and cold-call new B2B clients to build a sales pipeline.
Generate and follow up on leads, negotiate, and close deals.
Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
Regularly meet with clients to assess their travel needs, discuss tailored solutions, and upsell services.
Act as a key point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales pitches and presentations.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the agency.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the agency’s full range of travel products and services, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related offerings.
Provide accurate and timely information to clients on available travel packages, pricing, and promotions.
Proposal Preparation & Negotiation:
Prepare customized travel proposals for corporate clients and agents, ensuring competitive pricing and service offerings.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to close deals and establish long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the smooth fulfillment of contracts and service delivery.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
Identify opportunities for new business development based on market analysis and client feedback.
Reporting & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasting, and performance analysis to management.
Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and enhance performance.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations and product development teams to ensure clients receive the best travel solutions and services.
Provide feedback to marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns aimed at B2B clients.
Attending Networking Events & Trade Shows:
Represent the travel agency at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate new leads.
Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor activities through networking and industry engagement.
Post-Sales Support:
Ensure that clients receive timely assistance for any issues or changes related to their bookings.
Follow up after travel services are rendered to gather feedback and foster ongoing business relationships.
